They will be plentiful this year, and most will actually find their way into the freezer for later use. It's gonna be interesting, because there's never been a bumper crop like this one before on the property..... I can't wait. :)
I tore out some barberry bushes from the front yard last fall, I hated those stickery things. I'm real tempted to replace them with blueberry bushes. I think the foliage would be pretty against the house, and do double duty as ornamentals and edibles.
