Most of you know that I make tons of jelly each year. Well, my preserving has officially started - with these jars of plum jelly. Even after everything I've been through, I've still got it! Yeehaw!!!!
Those look so beautiful in the light. I'll eventually have plums. Well hopefully. But I planted a Green Gage so It won't make pretty jam. I really thought of just putting in a Santa Rosa because of the color.
Robin and Granny - you know I'm always up for some trading. :) BTW, I still have the little talking box to send too! It might have to make a trip to Pennsylvania this year. :)
I put a jar of some kind of jelly or jam in a box for you about 2 months ago! Then I forgot to send it....bad me, maybe busy or blonde me! I guess that I better get that in the mail!
can you post some of your recipes?

ReplyDeleteJenny - for this one, I just use the one included in the package of Surejel
ReplyDeleteDaphne - it sure does, and is the only way to show the true color of it. Santa Rosa is hard to beat....
Beautiful jelly Jeff! I have never made plum jelly before. I don't think that I have ever eaten any either.
ReplyDeleteUh....do you need my mailing address? LOL, I can still remember how good your pear preserves tasted! :-)
