Well, I quit my job yesterday and was kinda just sitting around waiting on potential employers to give me their best offers (me and brother can do that, Ha!), and decided to build a new planter to help pass the time away.
You quit your job? I guess that means your email address is no longer valid. I sure hope you find another one soon...maybe you can build planters to sell, that one is sure pretty!
Wow, I need one of those in my yard. Right about now my husband is probably wishing I would quit reading garden blogs hahaha. I have the ideas via blogland and he has the skills.
Are those petunias? I love petunias. I can't grow them any more (solanum family), but I still love them.
ReplyDeleteLove the structure, how did you build it? wish I could just quit but with no jobs in the home area it's a wishful thinking.

ReplyDeleteDaphne - yes, they are petunias.
ReplyDeleteJenny - thanks. To describe how it was built would be alot, but I will say that it is made from landscaping timbers.
Granny - thanks
The planter is beautiful, Jeff! Did you build it in only one day?
ReplyDeleteGood luck with your job search.
Rachel - thank you. I figure the whole thing - including filling with soil amendments took about 8 hours......
ReplyDeleteVery impressive :)
DeleteNice planter!

Thanks brother.....
ReplyDeletePeggi - it sounds like your poor husband is in for some hard work. :)
