I got bored



So, I built a homemade self-watering container. This one has a float valve installed, and only needs a constant water supply connected to it for virtually hands free gardening. It'll be given away to someone, I'm sure - but who will the lucky person be? I don't know......

    By far the most viewed post on my blog is the "Constructing 18 Gal Self Watering Containers (SWC)" that I posed in 2010. I have learned so much since then (mostly thanks to you, Jeff) that I need to write an updated post soon.

    I'm glad you are building again too. You always build such great things. Granny on the other hand scares me a bit with "the thing". Not that she isn't handy, but anything labeled "the thing" . . .
