Plum jelly



Most of you know that I make tons of jelly each year. Well, my preserving has officially started - with these jars of plum jelly. Even after everything I've been through, I've still got it! Yeehaw!!!!

  2. Those look so beautiful in the light. I'll eventually have plums. Well hopefully. But I planted a Green Gage so It won't make pretty jam. I really thought of just putting in a Santa Rosa because of the color.

  3. Jenny - for this one, I just use the one included in the package of Surejel

    Daphne - it sure does, and is the only way to show the true color of it. Santa Rosa is hard to beat....

    1. I put a jar of some kind of jelly or jam in a box for you about 2 months ago! Then I forgot to send it....bad me, maybe busy or blonde me! I guess that I better get that in the mail!
